Step 1 :
Put food into a bag, straighten and smooth the bag mouth.
Put the bag opening in the vacuum chamber, locking into the hooks, 2mm away to the air intake.
Step 2 :
Close the cover, lock the buckles at the two ends.

Step 3 :
Press "Seal Only" or "Vacuum and Seal".
When the machine stop running, the Sealing(and Vacuum) is ok.
Open a little bit the releasing valve, and unfasten the buckle.
Note : just pressing tightly the releasing valve during all the working process, the machine will vacuum completely.
